A Highly Effective Route for Real-Time Traffic Using an IoT Smart Algorithm for Tele-Surgery Using 5G Networks

Abstract: Nowadays, networks use many different paths to exchange data. However, our research will construct a reliable path in the networks among a huge number of nodes for use in tele-surgery using medical applications such as healthcare tracking applications, including tele-surgery which lead to optimizing medical quality of service (m-QoS) during the COVID-19 situation. Many people could not travel due to the current issues, for fear of spreading the covid-19 virus. Therefore, our paper will provide a very trusted a… Show more

“…Any topology containing a huge number of nodes is considered to be more attractive for hacking and at the same time useful for finding an optimal solution for large or medium networks, with a lot of traffic passing from it. For a network with a small number of nodes, there are various challenges, including lengthy processing times and a need for numerous variables and restrictions for path protection [28]. As a result, these factors serve as powerful inducements to create speedier path protection with reference to the few and few edges between nodes.…”

“…Remote monitoring in the healthcare industry is now feasible owing to IoTenabled devices, which can keep patients safe and healthy while allowing clinicians to provide superior care. As sensor technology is improving gradually, IoT devices can also be incorporated into surgical devices, which can enable the recording of intraoperative events and the movement of instruments [22]. By analyzing the data created by these devices by artificial intelligence technology, procedures can be standardized by identifying the most appropriate use of surgical devices, which will help in ensuring the safety of surgery but requires proper validation before incorporation into telesurgery.…”

“…With the recent launch of 5G networks, network speeds have greatly improved, supporting the advancement of telesurgery, which in turn reduces health care costs, increases accessibility, and realizes its potential for acute care. 79 Heads-up surgery is another application of extended reality technology using a 3D camera to capture images from a stereomicroscope for presentation on a 3D display for greater surgeon maneuverability and comfort. 69 At present, studies have demonstrated noninferiority of heads-up surgery in comparison with conventional microscope surgery in postoperative outcomes and complications.…”
