It is presented the results of a study on the prevalence, structure, and trends in urogenital diseases in the adult population of the Osh Region of Kyrgyzstan for the period between 2010 and 2019. Official statistics on morbidity provided by the National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic are used as materials for the study. Information on the main indices characterizing adult morbidity is selected and summarized, and dynamic statistical analysis of the data is performed. The data analysis demonstrates that the highest morbidity of urogenital diseases in the Osh Region was registered in 2017, and the lowest – in 2019.

Рак предстательной железы (РПЖ)проблема общественного здравоохранения. Среди злокачественных новообразований занимает второе место по распространенности (в 105 из 185 стран мира) и основная причина смерти от рака у мужчин из 46 стран. В ряде случаев патологию верифицируют у мужчин до 50 лет, в том числе в стадии метастатического процесса. Распространенные методы диагностики РПЖ, в т.ч. оценка уровня ПСА, не всегда точны, а алгоритм их использования окончательно не сформирован. Цель исследования. Определить комплекс новых молекулярно-генетических и гистологических методов исследования для ранней диагностики РПЖ у мужчин молодого (до 50 лет) возраста. Изучены микропрепараты и выполнено ИГХ-исследование 10 проб пациентов с РПЖ в возрасте 40-51 года после радикального хирургического лечения. Стадии опухоли исследуемых (pT1cN0M0-pT2cN0M0), уровень ПСА (3,5-9,86 нг/мл), критерии злокачественности (4 -ISUP-1, 4 -ISUP-2, 2 -ISUP-3). Всем пациентам выполнены робот-ассистированные радикальные простатэктомии. Все критерии ISUP образцов подтверждены: опухоль в верхушке железы отсутствовала в 1 препарате (10%), во всех образцах представлены обе доли железы, без периневральной лимфоваскулярной инвазии и поражения уретры. Положительный край хирургической резекции в 1 случае (0,2 см). При проведении ИГХ: Ki-67 выявлен в 1-5% образцов, b-catenin -3 балла с мембранным окрашиванием до 100%, e-cadherin -от 1 до 3 баллов (pT1cN0M0 ISUP-1). Мутации EGFR, TP-53 и BCL-2 не выявлены. Потери гетерозиготности по BRCA2 -1 случай pT2cN0M0 ISUP-2, RB-1 -1 (pT2aN0M0 ISUP-3), PTEN -2 (pT2cN0M0 ISUP-1 и ISUP-2). Определен предварительный комплекс молекулярно-генетических и гистологических маркеров для ранней диагностики РПЖ. Проблемы ранней диагностики связаны с недостатком выборки среди мужчин молодого возраста, а также высокой стоимостью предлагаемых генетических исследований.
