A gestão de recursos humanos e a gestão do conhecimento

Abstract: O objetivo deste artigo é descrever/apresentar de uma forma sumária a investigação que nos encontramos a desenvolver no âmbito das problemáticas da gestão de recursos humanos e da gestão do conhecimento, fazendo referência específica ao desenho da investigação e às diferentes etapas que a constituem.
