A Genomic Signature for Genotyping Mycobacterium tuberculosis

Abstract: Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB), the causative agent of tuberculosis (TB), has a vast diversity of genotypes including Beijing, CAS, EAI, Haarlem, LAM, X, Ural, T, AFRI1 and AFRI2.
