A formação em enfermagem enquanto dispositivo indutor de mudanças na produção do cuidado em saúde

Abstract

RESUMONeste trabalho trazemos reflexões sobre a formação do enfermeiro enquanto dispositivo capaz de operar mudanças na produção do cuidado em saúde, na perspectiva de superar uma atenção centrada na doença. A postura discutida no texto se coloca em oposição à formação de cunho tecnicista e modeladora do agir profissional, pelo seu potencial de fomentar subjetividades que se traduzam em uma nova forma de se produzir o cuidado em saúde e a partir do reconhecimento da condição de sujeito tanto do profissional quanto para os usuários. A formação profissional é um dispositivo capaz de produzir subjetividades, desde que seja engendrada por metodologias de ensino que se proponham a repensar as fragmentações historicamente presentes na formação da enfermagem. Nossa aposta é de que essa formação não se resume apenas a um processo de assimilação de conhecimentos de cunho técnico, mas sim, uma rede complexa de produção de saberes e de subjetividades.Descritores: Enfermagem; Educação em Enfermagem; Educação Superior. ABSTRACTIn this paper we bring some thoughts on nursing education as a resource capable to effecting changes in health care viewing to overcome this health care focused on disease. The point discussed in this text stands in opposition to the education focused in techniques that models the professional act, for its potential to sustain subjectivities that translate into a new way to develop the health care attention and from the recognition of the subject condition as the professionals as the patients. The professional education is a device capable to produce subjectivities, since it is engendered by education methods that purposes to re-think the historical fragmentation present in the nursing education. Our purpose is that this education does not stand just in a technical knowledge assimilation process but rather in a complex network of knowledge and subjectivities development. Descriptors:Nursing. RESUMENEn este artículo presentamos algunas ideas referentes a la enseñanza de enfermería como un dispositivo capaz de efectuar cambios en el desarrollo de la atención en salud, en la perspectiva de superar la atención centrada en la enfermedad. El punto en discusión se opone la enseño centrado en las técnicas y modelador del acto profesional, por su potencial de fomentar las subjetividades que se traducen en una nueva manera de se producir servicios en la atención en salud y partiendo del reconocimiento de la condición de sujeto tanto a los profesionales cuanto a los usuarios de lo sistema de salud. La formación profesional es uno dispositivo capaz de producir subjetividades si engendrado por métodos de enseñanza que propongan a repensar las fragmentaciones históricas presentes en la educación de enfermería. Nuestro propósito es que esta educación no se sustente solamente en un proceso de asimilación de conocimientos técnicos, pero, sí en una compleja red de producción de saberes y de subjetividad.Descriptores: Enfermería.
