A flexure hinged piezoelectric stick–slip actuator with high velocity and linearity for long-stroke nano-positioning

Abstract: It is difficult to simultaneously achieve high linearity, high velocity, and high resolution for long-stroke piezoelectric actuators due to their discontinuity.
