A Elite invisível: explorações sobre a tecnocracia federal brasileira

Abstract: 1 Este artigo resume o relatório preliminar de uma pesquisa realizada entre 1977 e 1978, financiada pela Secretaria de Modernização e Reforma Administrativa -SEMOR/SEPLAN sobre as relações entre a estrutura organizacional e renovação das elites burocráticas do sistema estatal descentralizado (nível federal).
