The paper presents probabilistic aspects of diagnostics of grinding processes with consideration of metrological aspects of evaluation of topography of machined surfaces and selected problems of assessment of machining accuracy. The processes of creating the geometric structure of the ground surface are described. It was pointed out that the distribution of features important for process diagnostics depends on the mechanism of cumulative effects of random disturbances. Usually, there is a multiplicative mechanism or an additive mechanism of the component vectors of relative displacements of the tool and workpiece. The paper describes a method for determining the classification ability of specific parameters used to evaluate stereometric features of ground surfaces. It is shown that the ability to differentiate the geometric structure of a certain set of surfaces using a selected parameter depends on the geometric mean of the differences in normalized and sorted, consecutive values of this parameter. A methodology is presented for evaluating the ability of various parameters to distinguish different geometric structures of surfaces. Further, on the basis of analyses of a number of grinding processes, a methodology was formulated for proceeding leading to a comprehensive evaluation of machining accuracy and forecasting its results. It was taken into account that in forecasting the accuracy of grinding, it is necessary to determine the deviations, arising under the conditions of multiplicative interaction of the effects of various causes of inaccuracy. Examples are given of processes in which, due to the deformation of the technological system, dependent on the position of the zone and machining force, varying temperature fields and tool wear, the distributions of dimensional deviations are not the realization of stationary processes. It was emphasized that on the basis of the characteristics of the dispersion of the deviation value in the sum set of elements, it is not possible to infer its causes. Only the determination of the “instantaneous” values of the deviation dispersion parameters allows a more complete diagnosis of the process.

The purpose of this study is to develop mathematics learning based on a scientific approach to support the process of learning mathematics in understanding understanding mathematical concepts. This research method is to use research and development with 4D models. The 4D model consists of four steps: determining, designing, developing and disseminating. The results showed that the visual aspect was 87.50%, which means that this mathematics teaching material has a very good visualization. Then for the aspect of software engineering is 94.44%, which means that mathematics teaching materials are very easy to use and access. Then for the implementation aspect is 83.33%, which means that mathematics teaching materials can be an alternative support for increasing student motivation and self-regulation. Furthermore, for content accuracy is 87.5%, which means that mathematics teaching materials have very good content accuracy. Then for the presentation aspect is 70.83% included in both categories. Then for the evaluation aspect is 77.78%, which means the evaluation instruments in mathematics teaching materials are varied and quite difficult. Then for aspects of language is 91.67%, which means the language used in mathematics teaching materials is very communicative, easy to understand, and in accordance with students' cognitive development.

English version available on: www.mechanik.media.pl GPS, czyli specyfikacja geometryczna wyrobu, to system graficzny złożony z symboli, zasad oraz definicji, które służą do opisu wymagań wobec wymiarów, kształtu, profilu, kierunku, a także położenia i bicia gotowego wyrobu w przestrzeni trój-wymiarowej [1]. W artykule skupiono się na grupie tolerancji z zakresu kształtu wyrobu, z uwzględnieniem tzw. tolerowania swobodnego. Na potrzeby pracy opracowano sparametryzowany, opisany zależnościami funkcyjnymi, model 3D walca, który służy do ilustracji idei GPS w przestrzeni trójwymiarowej. Wykorzystano w tym celu środowisko inżynierskie CATIA i każdemu z wymiarów gabarytowych oraz tolerancji przypisano odpowiedni parametr liczbowy. Użycie modelu autogenerującego w przestrzeni 3D ułatwia zilustrowanie idei GPS poprzez graficzne przedstawienie pola tolerancji wynikowej. Model autogenerujący wykorzystano do weryfikacji poprawności wymiarowania sprawdzianu tłoczkowego. SŁOWA KLUCZOWE: GPS, tolerancje kształtu, tolerowanie swobodne, autogenerujący model 3D GPS, i.e. geometric product specification, is a graphical system consisting of symbols, rules, and definitions that describe the requirements for dimensions, shapes, profiles, directions, and positioning and milling of a finished product in a three--dimensional space. The paper focuses on the group of tolerances within the product shape, taking into account the so-called free tolerance. For the purposes of this work, a 3D model of the cylinder described using the functional dependencies, has been created, which is used to illustrate the concept of GPS in three-dimensional space. The CATIA engineering environment has been applied for this purpose and a suitable numerical parameters have been assigned to each of the dimensions and tolerances. The use of a self-generating 3D model makes it easier to illustrate the GPS concept by graphically displaying the resulting tolerance field. The autogenerating model has been used to verify the correctness of the piston gauge. Warto jednak pamiętać, że finalny wyrób, czy też element rzeczywisty zawsze różni się od elementu nominalnego, zaprojektowanego przez konstruktora. Sposób określania dopuszczalnej postaci tej różnicy określa GPS. Opis specyfikacji jest zatem poniekąd umową pomiędzy konstruktorem, technologiem oraz metrologiem co do tolerancji wymiarów oraz jakości wykonania wyrobu [2].
