Abstract:A developed Rahaman model considering the interphase properties is proposed to estimate the dielectric permittivity of polymer− barium titanate (BT) nanocomposites. In this study, the ceramic BT nanoparticle and the interphase region surrounding the nanoparticle are regarded as an equivalent nanoparticle, which has a core−shell structure. The polymer−BT nanocomposite is assumed to be a homogeneous mixture of the polymer matrix and equivalent nanoparticles. The dielectric permittivity of the polymer−BT nanocomp… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
