A Contribuição Da Logística Reversa De Pneumáticos Para a Sustentabilidade Ambiental

Abstract

<p>O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar a contribuição da logística reversa nas etapas de gerenciamento adequado dos pneus pós-consumo: a reutilização, a reforma, a reciclagem e a incineração com aproveitamento de energia, com vistas ao desenvolvimento da sustentabilidade e à responsabilidade ambiental. Os procedimentos metodológicos adotados neste trabalho foram delineados pela pesquisa bibliográfica, e a tipologia de pesquisa utilizada caracteriza-se como exploratória e descritiva. A coleta de dados envolveu a técnica de documentação indireta, particularmente dados de fontes secundárias. Foram analisadas as informações disponibilizadas na <em>web</em>, como<em> site</em> de órgãos reguladores ambientais e de associações ligadas ao segmento de pneumáticos. A pesquisa expôs a importância da logística reversa em cada uma das etapas de gerenciamento do pneumático, e, principalmente, as vantagens representadas para a sustentabilidade ambiental, como trazer: possibilidade da reciclagem dos pneus inservíveis; benefícios ao ambiente com economia de recursos naturais; economia de recursos energéticos gastos na fabricação de borracha, aço e fibras têxteis e economia de outros tipos de combustíveis.</p><p>Palavras-chave: Logística reversa.
