A comprehensive evaluation of the toxicology of cigarette ingredients: inorganic compounds

Abstract: The results of these experiments show that the ammonia compounds, diammonium phosphate and ammonium hydroxide, when added to cigarette tobacco, even at high inclusion levels, have minimal toxicological sequelae.
