Abstract:Objectives: Obesity is a globally pervasive health concern linked to a plethora of cardiometabolic complications such as hypertension, dyslipidemia and hyperglycemia. Poor dietary proclivity contributes to dyslipidemia, however daily intake of nuts has previously been shown to improve abnormal blood lipid levels.
