This study aims to analyze the STEM career content in science junior high school textbooks commonly used for the seventh grade students in Indonesian schools. This research was qualitative descriptive research with content analysis. The analysis was carried out on five books that are widely used in the school. Reports and activities were analyzed using content analysis through an assessment rubric based on Social Cognitive Career Theory (SCCT) which are awareness, relevance, engagement and self-efficacy. The analysis showed that the STEM career content in science junior high school textbooks were still lacking. The books were not sufficient in presenting content about careers in the STEM field. These results indicated that none of the five textbooks had fulfilled the four aspects of STEM career. The aspect most commonly found in the textbooks was self-efficacy, and the most observed STEM career content was found in the earliest chapter, which is Nature of Science. These findings highlight the importance of career oriented in science lesson that illustrated in the textbook to enhance students’ perception and enthusiasm in pursuing STEM career in the future.

The formulation of the problem in this study is how the comparison and influence of interest in learning on science learning outcomes of students in SMP 22 Batanghari and SMP 1 Muaro Jambi. The purpose of this research is to find out how the comparison and influence of interest in learning on science learning outcomes of students at SMP 22 Batanghari and SMP 1 Muaro Jambi. This study also serves to see how important student interest in learning is to student learning outcomes in science subjects at the junior high school level. This study uses a mix method research with explanatory design and the data analysis technique used is random sampling. Based on the t-test of student interest in learning and student learning outcomes obtained a significance value of 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a difference between student interest in learning and student learning outcomes in science subjects at SMP 22 Batanghari and SMP 1 Muaro Jambi. Based on the regression test of student interest in learning and student learning outcomes obtained a significance value of 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is an influence between student interest in learning and student learning outcomes in science subjects at SMP 22 Batanghari and SMP 1 Muaro Jambi

Objectives:The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of student responses on learning videos of health, sport, and physical education on interest in learning and character of perseverance.Methods: This type of research is development research, with the ADDIE model.The sampling technique used is random sampling. The data analysis technique is in the form of quantitative data analysis with associative and comparative types. Findings: the results of the regression test obtained a significance value of less than 0.05 Conclusion: The research can be concluded that there is an effect of student responses on learning videos of health, sport, and physical education on interest in learning and character of perseverance.
