Introduction: Equitable access to health services is one of the health justice criteria. E-health can sometimes be helpful in this regard. This study is aimed to find the use of cloud computing services across health system. Method:In the present review article, numerous research papers from different resources, such as MEDLINE, IEEE and Science direct, were studied. Based on the subject, 210 studies were found. After quality analysis of the papers, 78 studies were selected, from which 53 articles were directly related to the applications of cloud computing in health system. Findings:Cloud computing services are widely used in various industries. Therefore, health system takes advantage of the services. Findings indicate that, the applications of cloud computing in health system, including telemedicine, medical imaging, public and personal health, clinical and hospital information systems, medical decision support system, care, secondary use of health data, serve as different types of specialized software used to analyze gene sequences and archive huge biological data. Generally cloud computing services are available in two sectors in any health system as follows: E-health services and Bioinformatics.Conclusion: Facilitated access to the E-health services and big data in health systems are the main features of exploiting cloud computing services in health systems. Using cloud computing in health systems not only makes health services more affordable, but also helps nations to achieve health equity.

Abstract-The purpose of this paper is to understand the importance, relevance and the need of implementing CloudBased E-Learning (CBEL) in Higher education institutions (HEIs) in Oman. The paper maintains its emphasis on addressing the effectiveness of the cloud based e-learning system and also takes into account the activities of comparing and contrasting the before and after effects of the implementation of the CBEL on higher educational sector in Oman. Method: The methodological approach of this paper follows qualitative approach of data collection and the data analysis techniques used in this paper are interpretivist approach and thematic analysis. Results and Findings: The data analysis techniques used in this research paper helped in understanding and gathering meaningful insights relating to the need and significance of implementing CBEL in educational sectors.

Awareness of cancer patients and their families, health care providers, and specialized cancer centers is achieved through access to up-to-date information about various items. Today, intelligent information technology systems have an important role in the awareness of people. Therefore, a type of technology is required that is capable of learning people’s needs, interests and suggesting appropriate information accordingly. The emergence of information technology systems, like recommender systems, is a step towards selecting appropriate information. With modeling the preferences, interests, needs, requests, and behaviors of the users, recommender systems seek to predict the future preferences, needs, and behaviors of the users to recommend appropriate and helpful services accordingly. Recommender systems can be a suitable tool for the information management of cancer-related screenings, diagnoses, treatments, operations, and rehabilitation programs. Access to treatment and health recommendations from valid sources is an important component of the natural processes of human decision making. The aim of this collection is to introduce recommender systems to use in cancer-related issues.
