A clinical case of secondary hypertension in a young woman with coarctation of the aorta

Abstract: The article presents a case of diagnosis and treatment of coarctation of the aorta in a 20-year-old woman, who previously received follow-up care with the diagnosis of hypertension. This case demonstrates the importance of qualitative examination of young patients with hypertension, including tonometry in the lower extremities and transthoracic echocardiography.
