The case of primary diagnosis of aortic coarctation in a 39-year-old woman

Abstract: Article presents a clinical case report of late aortic coarctation (CoA) diagnosis of a 39-year-old woman. Considering that CoA is a rare congenital pathology, diagnosed and corrected mainly in childhood, physicians supervising patients over 18 years of age often exclude this disease from their diagnostic search.
