A Ceramic Diffusion Bonding Method for Passive LC High-Temperature Pressure Sensor

Abstract: Alumina ceramic is a highly promising material for fabricating high-temperature pressure sensors. In this paper, a direct bonding method for fabricating a sensitive cavity with alumina ceramic is presented.
