A cellular neural network and utility-based radio resource scheduler for multimedia CDMA communication systems

Abstract: Abstract-The paper proposes a cellular neural network and utility (CNNU)-based radio resource scheduler for multimedia CDMA communication systems supporting differentiated quality-of-service (QoS).
