Abstract: Pyogenic arthritis, pyoderma gangrenosum, and acne (PAPA) syndrome is an autoinflammatory disease characterized by destructive inflammation of the skin and joints in association with genetic mutation of the Pombe Cdc15 homology family member PSTPIP1.
