A case of double-outlet left ventricle, malposition of the great arteries, and superior–inferior ventricular arrangement

Abstract: Superior–inferior ventricular arrangement with double-outlet left ventricle and malposition of the great arteries is an extremely rare congenital cardiac anomaly. The authors present the case of an infant who presented with cyanosis and respiratory distress. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first case reported.
