Abstract: Objective: Cystic pheochromocytomas can become enlarged without abdominal symptoms and can potentially be confused with other abdominal cystic tumors.Methods: We report here a case of a 45-mm cystic pheochromocytoma that was initially considered a pancreatic cystic tumor.
