A capacidade do empresário e o novo Estatuto da Pessoa com Deficiência

Abstract: O objetivo deste artigo é analisar as repercussões do Estatuto da Pessoa com Deficiência (EPD), Lei n. 13.146/2015, no âmbito do direito empresarial, notadamente quanto à capacidade do sujeito com deficiência intelectual ou psíquica para o exercício da empresa.
