Aplikasi Parenting, ditujukan untuk membantu orang tua milenial dalam menemukan dan menentukan minat dan potensi anak khususnya pada anak usia dini. Penerapan konsep LMS (Learning Management System) pada Aplikasi Parenting Pinggu Hompimpaa memiliki tantangan tersendiri, LMS yang berfokus pada pendidikan anak usia dini masih jarang ditemukan. LMS yang sering dimanfaatkan umumnya pada jenjang pendidikan dasar atau pendidikan formal. Sebelum dikenalkan lebih lanjut ke dalam pangsa pasar yang lebih luas, perlu diadakan pengukuran tingkat kesiapan user terhadap penerimaan user. TR dan TAM dikombinasikan menjadi sebuah metode TRAM (Technology Readiness and Acceptance model) dengan penambahan satu variabel yaitu Persepsi kenyamanan. Model ini meningkatkan cakupan model kesiapan dan penerimaan teknologi sebelumnya dalam hal penerapan dan kekuatan penjelas dengan cara mengukur adopsi teknologi dalam situasi di mana adopsi tidak diinstruksikan oleh tujuan organisasi. Hasil akhir yang diolah menggunakan SmartPLS 3 dengan 6 hipotesis meyatakan variabel TRAM dengan variabel Persepsi kenyamanan memberikan respon yang positif terhadap niat dan penerimaan pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi parenting yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat dan bakat anak.

Purpose: Internet-based fundraising or commonly known as crowdfunding (CF) is currently a popular means for entrepreneurs to raise funds. The huge potential of the sharia economy encourages startup companies to establish sharia-based securities crowdfunding (SCF) companies. The purpose of this study is to provide an understanding of business strategies in order to achieve success in Islamic SCF companies in Indonesia. Design/methodology/approach: This research employed a qualitative research design with a case study approach on the first sharia SCF company in Indonesia named Shafiq. The data were collected by conducting in-depth interviews with the board of directors at Shafiq. Results: The research found that the success of Islamic SCF companies is triggered by the presence of teams, content, videos, platforms, use of social media, project quality, legality, business selection, and selection of sharia systems. In other words, this indicates that the factors of trust and security for both business actors and investors are the main factors that drive the success of sharia SCF companies. The novelty of this research is obtained by using a qualitative case study method to analyze the business strategy of Islamic securities crowdfunding, and there are no researchers who have investigated the strategy of Shafiq's company as the first sharia SCF company in Indonesia. The purpose of this soft skill seminar in class XII is to foster enthusiasm in improving soft skills and hard skills which will later be used in finding job opportunities, as well as providing an understanding of the work model of startup companies that are very related to the lifestyle of Generation Z. The method used is an educational method by way of fill in seminars to provide an overview of startup companies that are currently developing, as well as provide perspectives on students who will face graduation so that they remain optimistic in finding job opportunities at startups whose work models are related to the generation Z lifestyle. With the similarities between the Gen Z lifestyles With the startup king model, in terms of work, it will be better and will provide excellent career opportunities for Generation Z.
