E-businesses (EBEs) may commit legal offenses due to perpetrating cybercrime while doing the commercial activity. According to the findings, various obstacles might deter cybercrime throughout accounting. The study examined the present laws for accounting policy elements and determined those aspects that should be included in the administrative document for e-business enterprise accounting policies. E-businesses must avoid cyber-crime (CC), which has a detrimental influence on the company's brand and diminishes client loyalty to ensure their success. According to the study's findings, the use of information and control functions of accounting can help prevent cyber-crime in the bookkeeping system by increasing the content of individual internal rules. The authors intended to make online payments for EBE-CC as safe, easy, and fast as possible. However, the internet is known for making its users feel anonymous. E-commerce (EC) transactions are vulnerable to cybercrime, resulting in considerable money and personal information losses.

Hundreds of infrastructure investment projects are inserted into the Iraqi government budget annually. Many of these projects suffer from suspension, delay in completion, corruption, or other negative issues known in Iraqi construction projects. This may harm the country's economic recovery due to allocating funds to useless projects from one or more feasibility studies' components. Therefore, the best solution is to pay attention to the feasibility study reports. This study highlights the importance of feasibility studies reports for investment projects and their effective role in evaluating project ideas to ensure an equitable distribution of a country's financial resources to the most feasible investment projects. This importance was highlighted through a practical case study for a solid waste treatment project. The results of the case study showed that feasibility studies provide very important information on which investors and governments can rely to make the appropriate decisions for investment projects. The study also addressed the risks that investors can be exposed to in Iraq and how to include them in the economic analysis of feasibility studies.

Regional state company of drinking water Tirtamarta Yogyakarta had made a break through by developing products in mineral water. Hence, now they were building mineral water manufacturing called "Ayo". The aim of the study was to conduct a feasibility research of the new manufacturer in terms of marketing and financial aspects. Endorsed by the demand of targeted market in mineral water and strong suggestion from city state of Yogyakarta to develop the business, it was significant feasible. The financial study showed that payback period was faster than the targeted investment period. Net present value (NPV) generated positively. Benefit cost ratio (BCR) was greater than 1 (one) and internal rate of return (IRR) placed in the range 14% was greater than the discount factor (DF) = 12%. Thus the business feasibility study in both marketing and financial factor concluded to be feasible to operate.
