Abstract: Jig and Fixture bor 45 derajat adalah alat untuk menepatkan mata bor pada bagian benda kerja yang telah diatur derajat kemiringannya sebesar 45 derajat untuk dilakukan pengeboran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menganalisis secara simulasi kekuatan rangka (frame) dan rangkaian (assembly) keseluruhan dengan variasi posisi penempatan serta beban mulai dari 100 kg sampai dengan 500 kg.
