73. Tracheaersatz am Menschen, kombinierte Eingriffe an Bronchien und Gef��en der Lunge

Abstract: In 8 years we performed 360 plastic procedures on the bronchial tree and the pulmonary vessels: 159 patients underwent plastic resection of the pulmonary vessels and 72 patients, a concomitant sleeve resection of the bronchus. Some of the patients who underwent plastic resection of both bronchial tree and pulmonary vessels died ofa bronchovascular fistula.
