70.2: A Super Fine-Pitch Screen for Rear Projection TV

Abstract: An advanced screen for application on LCD/LCoS/DMD Rear Projection TV was developed. We achieved a lenticular lens of pitch 64 μm pitch without loss of contrast and any other optical properties. As described in this paper, our FC‐Screen manufacturing technology was further developed.
