3D visualization and simulation of frontoorbital advancement in metopic synostosis

Abstract: Computer-assisted postprocessing and simulation is a useful tool for surgical planning in craniosynostosis surgery. The time-effort for segmentation currently limits the routine clinical use of this technique.
