Nurses’ turnover intention in secondary hospitals in China: A structural equation modelling approach

Abstract: Lack of nursing staff is a common problem faced by health care organisations worldwide (Drennan & Ross, 2019). Given the ageing of the population and the increasing demand for nursing services, the nurse staffing shortage is expected to worsen.
