Multifactorial diabetes insipidus during pregnancy: a challenging diagnosis

Abstract: Diabetes insipidus (DI) is characterised by thirst and polydipsia with hypotonic polyuria. Several forms exist, namely, central or pituitary, nephrogenic and gestational and must be differentiated for adequate treatment.
