Psoriasis over healed inflammatory linear verrucous epidermal nevus: Wolf´s isotopic response

sirolimus include cytopaenias, infections, renal impairment, tachycardia and other metabolic complications; hence, careful monitoring on initiation is required. Topical sirolimus is also available to treat certain inflammatory skin conditions such as psoriasis.In brief, this case demonstrates a rare cutaneous manifestation of CVID and prompts clinicians to think about appropriate differential diagnoses and investigations for granulomatous inflammation. To our knowledge, this is the first case of CVID granulomatous skin lesions successfully treated with systemic sirolimus.
