Li-Fraumeni syndrome in a patient with multiple anaplastic oligodendrogliomas of the brain (a case report and literature review)

Abstract: Синдром Ли-Фраумени (СЛФ)-клинически и генетически гетерогенный наследственный синдром с преимущественно онкологическими проявлениями, вызванный мутациями в генах TP53, MDM2 и CHEK2.
