Craniomaxillofacial Trauma

Abstract: Facial trauma causes significant of morbidity in the United States. With injuries varying widely, the clinical benefits of antibiotics use in facial fracture treatment are not easily determined. The pediatric population is more predisposed to craniofacial trauma secondary to their increased cranial mass to body ratio.
