Determination of reference values for optical properties of liquid phantoms based on Intralipid and India ink

Abstract: A multi-center study has been set up to accurately characterize the optical properties of diffusive liquid phantoms based on Intralipid and India ink at near-infrared (NIR) wavelengths.
