Fresh fruits, vegetables, carotene, Vitamin C, Calcium, Garlic, Mushrooms, Citrus fruits, Milk and milk products prevent from stomach cancer. The most effective way to prevent cancer is to avoid food that cause cancer and increase the consumption of food that prevent from cancer. The knowledge of the factors that cause and prevent from gastric cancer will be helpful in decreasing the incidence of gastric cancer.
