Le syndrome d'hypersensibilité médicamenteuse ou DRESS syndrome est une toxidermie grave qui peut mettre en jeu le pronostic vital. Nous rapportons l'observation d'une femme de 23 ans ayant développé un DRESS syndrome 3 semaines après la première prise de sulfasalazine. Elle avait une éruption cutanée, une atteinte hépatique et une hyperéosinophilie sanguine. La symptomatologie régressait totalement après arrêt du médicament. Mots clés DRESS syndrome · Sulfasalazine · HypersensibilitéAbstract The drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome (DRESS syndrome) is a severe cutaneous drug reaction which can be life-threatening. We report a 23-year-old woman suffering from a DRESS syndrome 3 weeks after sulfasalazine exposure. She had a skin eruption, liver involvement and hypereosinophilia. She fully recovered after drug withdrawal.
