“…In the MS 2 spectrum, the ion at m/z 353 generated the ion at m/z 191 [M − H − caffeoyl group] − , owing to the loss of a caffeoyl moiety. It was identified as chlorogenic acid in accordance with the previous data in literatures (Santos et al, ; Ying et al, ).…”

“…Similarly, the MS characteristics of kaempferol‐type flavonoid‐ O ‐glycosides (peak 45) were also identified . Peak 24 showed a loss of glucosyl (162 Da) in positive ion mode, and generated an obvious fragment ion at m/z 491 in negative ion mode because of 4‐vinylphenol loss , while compound 58 exhibited a 162 Da loss of a glucosyl group and gave an aglycone ion ([M+H‐glu] + ) at m/z 269. Both of them were definitely identified as HSYA and Ononin by comparison with the authentic standard, respectively.…”

“…Compounds P10, P14, P16, P18, P23, P32, P33, P39, and P41 were confirmed by authentic standards and identified as hyperoside, rutin, isoquercitrin, astragalin, luteoloside, quercetin, luteolin, kaempferol, and isorhamnetin. And flavonoid glycosides were characterized according to form the prominent ion of [M+H‐162] + or [M+H‐146] + in their MS 2 spectra, indicating loss of glucose or rhamnose residue .…”
