In this article, we discuss radio‐over‐fiber (RoF) technologies that use TOSA and ROSA packaging to support the implementation of 700 MHz up to 6 GHz wireless systems integrated with optical fiber networks. The CWDM technology is employed for RoF transceiver which is used to provide high bandwidth and supply flexible multi‐input multi‐output (MIMO) antenna in broadband optical‐wireless access networks. In the transmitter end, distributed feed‐back laser diode is driven by RF amplifier and optical signal is coupled into PLC MUX via 4 lens. In the receiver end, the optical signal is DE‐MUX and coupled into 4 PDs. TIA amplifiers has a high linear gain is employed. The signal integrity is also calculated and analyzed in this paper. The NF, IIP3, and transmission performance is measured and about 2% the EVM is achieved under works for OFDM 64 QAM signal.
