Abstract

Japan General IncorporatedAssociation cettoida] probe atomic force microscopy (AFM). KinA and SpoOF were immobitized on a glass substrate and a glass sphere using Langmuir B]odget films of a chelate amphiphile. The conditions of adsorbing proteins were determined using quartz crystal microbalance and AFM. Surface fbrce protltes for KinA and SpoOF showed only repulsive force in the buffer sotution with/without ATP, Adding cefactor Mg2+ and Ca2+ to buffer so]ution with ATP, attractjve forces and adhesive forces were observed on approach and in retTaction pTocess, These forees were not observed without ATP.
