Identidade com equipes de trabalho: Teoria e medida

Abstract: O objetivo desse estudo é desenvolver e validar uma escada de identidade com equipes de trabalho composta pelas dimensões afetiva, cognitiva e avaliativa. Dois estudos foram conduzidos. O estudo 1 buscou evidências de validade para uma escala de identidade com equipes de trabalho. Os dados foram coletados em uma amostra de 364 pessoas.
