“…Oral carcinoma cuniculatum (CC), a rare low-grade variant of squamous cell carcinoma, has been identified as an important differential diagnosis when it invades the mandible and maxilla because it lacks malignant cytological characteristics and presents some clinical, radiographic, and histopathological aspects similar to keratinizing odontogenic lesions.
