1 Quais agrotóxicos estão contaminando os solos brasileiros?Which pesticides are contaminating a brazilian soils? ¿Qué agrotoxicos contaminan los suelos brasileños? ResumoOs pesticidas têm uma importante função dentro da sociedade, entretanto seu uso excessivo pode causar problemas para a saúde do ambiente. Dentre estes problemas, a contaminação do Research, Society and Development, v. 9, n. 3, e114932569, 2020 (CC BY 4.0) | ISSN 2525-3409 | DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.33448/rsd-v9i3.2569 2 solo por agrotóxicos tem sido pouco discutida, fato preocupante, pois a qualidade do solo está relacionada diretamente ao funcionamento ecológico, a produção primária e a saúde humana.A contaminação do solo por agrotóxicos depende de diferentes fatores como os edáficos, propriedades do solo e da substância. O uso de agrotóxicos tem sido alvo de diferentes discussões mundiais, entretanto, estas discussões no cenário brasileiro tornam-se ainda mais necessárias devido ao vasto consumo e aplicação destas substâncias no país. Esta revisão apresenta uma visão crítica quanto a contaminação do solo por agrotóxicos dentro do território brasileiro utilizando como ferramentas o calculo do quociente de risco e comparação entre os valores de referência para solo canadenses e brasileiros. Vale ressaltar que apenas 12 unidades federativas brasileiras tinham dados disponíveis sobre concentrações de pesticidas em solos reais brasileiros (Amazonas, Bahia, Maranhão, Mato Grosso, Minas Gerais, Pará, Paraná, Rondônia, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, São Paulo). Os pesticidas mais detectados no solo e em maiores concentrações foram o Diclorodifeniltricloroetano, Hexaclorociclohexano e Hexaclorobenzeno. Em geral, os locais de estudo possuíam cenários de exposição com particularidades e não estavam relacionados ao atual uso de agrotóxicos no país. AbstractPesticides play an important role within society, but their overuse can cause problems for the health of the environment. Among these problems, soil contamination by pesticides has been little discussed, a matter of concern, since soil quality is directly related to ecological functioning, primary production and human health. Soil contamination by pesticides depends on different factors such as soil, soil and substance properties. The use of pesticides has been the target of different worldwide discussions, however, these discussions in the Brazilian scenario are even more necessary due to the vast consumption and application of these substances in the country. Single drop microextraction (SDME) nowadays earns an increasing attention by scientists due to its simplicity, low cost and the need for only common laboratory equipment. This microextraction technique combines sample cleanup and pre-concentration of analytes in one step. Furthermore, a significant reduction in the amount of organic solvents needed comparing to standard LLE techniques places SDME into the position of environmental friendly extraction techniques. SDME is a straightforward technique in which a micro-drop of solvent is suspended from the tip of a conventional micro-syringe and then it is in a direct contact with a sample solution in which it is immiscible or it could be suspended in the headspace above the sample. The paper overviews developments of the state-of-the-art SDME techniques for the extraction of harmful organic compound and pollutants from environmental, food and biological matrices. Key extraction parameters essential for SDME performance were described and discussed.

Widespread use of pesticides in intensive agriculture indicates the need for permanent monitoring of their residues in soil. For this purpose, a total of 22 evenly distributed sampling points of arable land were chosen in the sampling area in Serbia. Soils were divided into groups according to the previous crop (pepper, vegetables, maize, wheat and soybean). Soil properties and residues of 68 pesticides, of which 22 herbicides, 25 insecticides and 21 fungicides, were analysed in the collected soil samples. The obtained data confirm the heterogeneity of soil samples regarding their organic matter content (1.41-3.39 %) and pH value (pH 4.27-8.08). The average number of active ingredients detected per type of previous crop was 1-2 herbicides, 14-16 insecticides, and 3-4 fungicides, while the residues of 3 herbicides, 20 insecticides and 9 fungicides were found in total. Insecticides with mainly organochlorine compounds represented the majority of the detected active ingredients.Although rapid degradability of sulfonylurea herbicides is a well-known fact, the residues of nicosulfuron, ranging from 0.15-1.99 μg/kg, were found in three soil samples where maize was grown as a previous crop. Furthermore, triazoles prothioconazole (0.08±0.11μg/kg), tebuconazole (0.10±0.24μg/kg) and epoxyconazole (0.13±0.42μg/kg) were detected in 36%, 18 % and 14% soil samples respectively, while difenoconazole and flusilazole were detected in only one sample. Soil pH value mostly correlated with pesticides. The levels of pesticides detected in agricultural soils should be monitored further, especially in terms of environmental risks posed by their transfer to groundwater and surface waters.
