“…Eventos como las cumbres de Río de Janeiro de 1992, Kioto 1997, Johannesburgo 2002 y Río de Janeiro 2012 evidencian la preocupación de algunos gobiernos y estamentos de la sociedad por el uso racional de los recursos naturales y la sostenibilidad necesaria para entre otras cosas evitar las graves consecuencias que pueda generar el cambio climático.
