Abstract: Objetivo: analisar a implicação do processo de educação permanente para o desenvolvimento das melhores práticas em enfermagem na Atenção Primária à Saúde.Método: estudo quanti-qualitativo, realizado em duas macrorregiões de saúde do estado de Santa Catarina – Brasil.
