Um corpo: cartografando trajetórias de vida de sujeitos com sequelas de acidente vascular cerebral

Abstract

Resumo: Esta pesquisa estudou a percepção corporal de pessoas com sequelas de acidente vascular cerebral, cartografando a relação entre a concepção de deficiência presente no território, os modos de cuidar e a produção de corpos em sua relação com as ações cotidianas. Buscou-se fazer um breve recorte apresentando uma concepção de corpo, compreendida como um processo moldado a partir das experiências vividas. Ainda, apresentaram-se observações sobre o acidente vascular cerebral, a terapia ocupacional no contemporâneo e o modelo de Estratégia Saúde da Família. A pesquisa teve caráter qualitativo e se desenvolveu por meio da cartografia e dos Mapas Corporais Narrados. Participaram do estudo duas pessoas vinculadas ao Programa de Estratégia Saúde da Família da cidade de Santa Maria/RS, onde foi realizada uma intervenção com a elaboração de Mapas Corporais Narrados, a fim de identificar a forma como o sujeito se percebe tendo o corpo marcado pela deficiência, bem como o que esta percepção influencia no cotidiano. Possibilitou-se contribuir para a produção da vida dos sujeitos no território e observou-se como a patologia pode significar uma ruptura, mas também, proporcionar a abertura para a invenção e a afirmação de novos modos de existir.
