Licenças maternidade e paternidade no Brasil: direitos e desigualdades sociais

Abstract: Este artigo objetiva examinar as desigualdades sociais existentes no acesso às licenças maternidade e paternidade, com base nos dados da Pesquisa Nacional por Amostra de Domicílios Contínua anual de 2017, realizada pelo IBGE.
