Acetate wheat starch improving blood glucose response and bilan lipid on obesity dyslipidemia mice

Abstract: Resistant starch is particularly concerned with beneficial effects in regulating blood glucose concentration and lipid metabolism, reducing the risk of diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.
