Brazil is one of the top five market leaders in beer production. The quantity of establishments legally registered is expected to increase in the coming years. The quality of beer is measured by a complex set of sensory characteristics that include appearance, aroma, taste, and texture. It is also composed of more than 800 chemical compounds originating from different raw materials. The evaluation of the product quality of this process is extremely necessary in order to guarantee customer security and satisfaction. Although human and chemical analyses can be considered complex, there is a tendency to use artificial intelligence technology for precise and cheaper evaluation. Sensory training technologies for evaluators and electronic nose technologies have the purpose of facilitating the recognition of on-and-off characteristics of beer. There were found and discussed one review article, four patents, seven commercial products concerning aroma sensory training kits, and the top 10 technology areas screened with the Orbit® platform. Eight research articles were also highlighted about electronic nose technology, one commercially available, and the top 10 technology areas based on Orbit® platform data. The advent of such technologies represents a step forward in improving quality assurance, but electronic nose technologies do not replace human evaluators yet, because human recognition is a decision factor in releasing a product to market shelves.

The case study and practice of ideological and political education in the course "Wireless Sensor Network Technology and Applications" aims to guide students in gaining a deep understanding of the principles and applications of ZigBee wireless sensor network technology. It aims to cultivate students' analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, stimulate their innovation awareness and practical skills, and promote the industrialization and transformation of scientific research achievements. In teaching, various methods are employed by instructors, such as case analysis and discussions. They design reasonable teaching plans, emphasize practical components, and focus on evaluation and feedback. Students participate in actual projects, apply theoretical knowledge to practice, propose innovative solutions, and promote the application and dissemination of research outcomes.

Анотація. В статті зроблена спроба розглянути питання алкогольної безпеки в Україні, яке з кожним роком стає актуальнішим. Зловживання алкоголем є основною причиною стрімкого нагромадження як демографічних, так і соціальних проблем у країні, не тільки несе загрозу на рівні особистості та сім’ї, а й переходить на рівень суспільства і держави загалом, тому має характер національної безпеки. З урахуванням процесів глобалізації, що відбуваються у світі, яка виражається в прискоренні та уніфікації митних операцій під час переміщення товарів, частішають випадки провезення контрафактної алкогольної продукції, яка містить у собі токсичні й дешеві рідини і може завдати шкоди здоров’ю та життю населення, що, своєю чергою, загрожує економічному розвитку країни. Обсяг імпорту алкогольної продукції в Україну оцінюється в $490 млн і протягом багатьох років демонструє стійкі тенденції до зростання, що є причиною інтересу багатьох компаній до імпорту в Україну алкогольних напоїв. Ввезення та митне оформлення алкогольної продукції підлягає особливому регулюванню, при цьому йдеться про групу так званих підакцизних товарів. Маркування алкогольної продукції акцизними марками застосовується з метою контролю за обігом алкоголю на внутрішньому ринку України, боротьби з поширенням на національному ринку контрафактної продукції та збору податкових платежів. Постійне підвищення ставок акцизу тягне за собою збільшення частки контрафакту на українському ринку. Збільшується попит на дешевшу контрафактну продукцію. Встановити тип етилового спирту в алкогольній продукції складно, оскільки вимоги до гідролізного і синтетичного спиртів практично відповідають вимогам ДСТУ на харчовий спирт. Останнє провокує виробників горілок і лікеро-горілчаних виробів на використання нехарчових спиртів. Дешеві алкогольні напої, виготовлені з порушенням технології, мають більш виражену токсичну дію. Це гостро ставить питання про експертизу автентичності, якості та безпечності алкогольної продукції. Зроблено висновок: володіння спеціальними знаннями дає змогу підвищити ефективність діяльності фахівців, що гарантують економічну безпеку, оскільки проведення будь-яких із згаданих вище заходів неможливе без їх використання. Як і в будь-якій діяльності, у виявленні злочинів і правопорушень у сфері обігу алкогольної продукції є свої проблемні питання, і розв’язати їх у низці випадків можливо тільки на законодавчому рівні.
