Abstract: Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar uma via de discussão acerca da responsabilidade social, distinta daquelas que vão ao encontro dos interesses estratégicos das empresas. Optamos, aqui, em discutir as raízes do que se denomina responsabilidade social, assumindo um posicionamento questionador frente à atuação das empresas.
