Abstract: Nos últimos anos, a literatura sobre carreiras foi enriquecida devido ao desenvolvimento do conceito de carreiras sem fronteiras. No entanto, a idéia de ausência de fronteiras pode ser considerada imprecisa, porque fronteiras continuam a existir.
